Returns/Cancellations

CANCELLATIONS:

Due to the nature of custom items and materials potentially being ordered for your rug, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of ordering. This not only protects us but you as well. 

Sticker orders may be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We do not allow returns or exchanges of rugs, these are each individual and unique pieces. Your happiness and satisfaction are of upmost importance so please do contact us if there is an issue with your order so that we can fix it!

Stickers are able to be exchanged if there are damages, please message us as soon as possible so that we can send you a replacement!
